Clarity, Acceptance, Healing and Growth
Practicing from a trauma-informed lens and influenced by neuroscience, I am a relationally-oriented, strengths-based, Certified EMDR therapist with 25+ years direct clinical experience. I strive to offer a nonjudgmental space in order to meet you where you are, equip you with education and coping strategies, and explore connections from the past which may contribute to current day challenges.
I view therapy as a process of self-discovery and I enjoy helping others gain a greater understanding of their internal world, how our unique lived experiences have shaped our development, and why we do the things we do.
My therapeutic style is warm, engaging and down to earth. I value that you are the expert on your life, and I believe the quality of the therapeutic relationship is paramount in order to create the conditions to make healing possible.
Reaching out for help takes courage. I would be honored and welcome the opportunity to assist you on this journey. I invite you to reach out in order to schedule a free phone consultation to determine if we may be a good fit to work with one another.
